No clicker sound?

Check the app’s selected marker and volume. “My own marker” uses your own physical clicker or spoken marker rather than playing phone audio. Preview the phone sound away from your dog at a low setting. Never raise the volume to force a reaction.

Restore paid access

Open the training plans screen and choose Restore purchases while signed in to the Apple Account used for the purchase. An internet connection may be needed. If a purchase is pending, wait for Apple’s approval before retrying. Contact support if a completed purchase still does not unlock access.

Refunds and billing

Lifetime is a one-time purchase. Monthly is an auto-renewing subscription with a seven-day trial for eligible customers. Manage or cancel monthly subscriptions in App Store account settings at least 24 hours before the trial or current billing period ends. Apple handles checkout and refunds. You can review purchase issues at Apple’s purchase support page.

Your practice records

Dog profiles, notes, journal entries and cue lists are saved locally. There is no app-operated cloud sync. Keep a separate copy of important notes before removing app data or changing devices. A valid Monthly subscription/trial or Lifetime purchase is required to use the training tools and journal. Saved records are retained if paid access expires.

Privacy and analytics requests

Open Help & privacy to switch off optional usage analytics or copy your Support ID. Include that ID when asking us to locate or delete analytics records. Do not send dog journal contents unless you choose to share them for a specific support question.

Training questions

The app offers general reward-based practice guidance. Pause if your dog is uncomfortable. For pain, sudden behavior changes, fear or aggression, contact a veterinarian or qualified reward-based trainer.
