Effective September 24, 2026. These terms describe Dog Clicker Training & Lessons, provided by Kimbytes, Philippines. App Store downloads are also subject to Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.

What the app provides

The app provides a sound marker, reward-based practice instructions, a timer and a local training journal. It is an educational practice aid. It is not veterinary care, a behavioral diagnosis, a remote trainer or an emergency service. Progress depends on the dog, handler and circumstances; saving a practice entry does not certify that a skill has been mastered.

Practice with care

Keep sessions comfortable and voluntary. Preview phone sound away from your dog at a low volume. Stop if your dog shows discomfort or distress. Do not use the clicker to startle, punish or force behavior. Use a secure environment and appropriate supervision. Seek a veterinarian for pain, illness or sudden behavior changes, and a qualified reward-based professional for aggression, fear or other behavior concerns.

Access and paid plans

You can try the sound demonstration during onboarding. After onboarding, a valid Monthly subscription (including an eligible active trial) or Lifetime purchase is required for the clicker, all 40 lessons, dog profiles, practice history and cue-book editing. There is no free starter tier in the current hard-paywall mode. Existing saved records are retained if access expires.

The localized price is displayed before confirmation. Buying Lifetime does not cancel an existing Monthly subscription; manage that subscription separately in your Apple Account settings. Lifetime is a one-time purchase, charged to your Apple Account at confirmation, with no automatic renewal or free trial. Monthly renews automatically and offers a seven-day free trial to eligible customers. Monthly payment is charged at confirmation or after the eligible trial. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or current billing period ends to avoid renewal. Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings. Canceling renewal preserves access until the paid or trial period expires. Restore eligible purchases using Restore purchases with the Apple Account used to buy. Family Sharing is not enabled for this product. Apple manages billing and refund requests under its policies; a refunded or revoked purchase can remove paid access.

Your records

You retain rights to your notes. Training data is stored locally; the app does not provide cloud synchronization or guarantee recovery after deletion, device loss or uninstalling. Keep a separate copy of information you want to retain. See our Privacy Policy.

Use and support

Use the app lawfully and respect intellectual property rights. App code, artwork and training content belong to Kimbytes and its licensors, subject to any open-source licenses provided in the app. Do not redistribute them except where permitted by law or the applicable license.
